If you’ve recently been in a traumatic accident, it is very important to get evaluated by a chiropractor, ideally within a two-week period. This is to avoid permanent loss to your spinal range of motion which can occur while healing from a strain/sprain.
In our office we carefully monitor your spine to ensure that it is moving properly during the healing process and that it stays moving after you’ve healed. This can help to prevent chronic neck pain and back pain.
Every nervous system needs to stay healthy! Chiropractic has been shown to help kids with a variety of health issues such as infantile colic and ear infections. Expectant moms under care can have a more comfortable pregnancy and easier delivery. If you’re getting sick, try an adjustment for an immune boost. Seniors can enjoy help with arthritis and more.
Everyone can benefit from decreased stress! At Orlando Chiropractic, health is a family affair.
Your spine and every joint in your body is meant to move symmetrically and independently of its neighboring joints. If these joints become stuck or “subluxated” it could interfere with your normal biomechanics, which can cause pain, degeneration or make you more prone to injury.
When related to the spine, subluxations can interfere with your body’s nervous system, and possibly impair proper organ and tissue function. Everyone should try getting adjusted, and staying adjusted to stay healthy.
“I BELIEVE IN TAKING THE LEAST INVASIVE, MOST CONSERVATIVE APPROACH FIRST WHEN IT COMES TO HELPING YOU RECOVER FROM YOUR ACCIDENT OR INJURY AND CARING FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.”
Even as a child, chiropractic was an important part of my life. My chiropractor was my family doctor and the first person I saw for any sickness or injury. I’ve always been interested in health and wellness, so chiropractic seemed like a natural career choice, even at the age of 12! After completing my undergraduate studies in biological sciences at UCF, I went to Dallas to study chiropractic at Parker University. While there, I completed two additional bachelor’s degrees, one in anatomy and another in wellness. At both universities, I helped found “Team Chiropractic,” a student-driven group dedicated to promoting chiropractic to the community. I also pursued a strong background in clinical nutrition and other advanced graduate classes, finishing over 350 hours of continuing education before even graduating with a Doctor in Chiropractic. Now it is my pleasure to put my knowledge to use to help keep you and your family healthy, naturally.
